  1. These bake up great in the oven to make lo-carb chips!!! I put garlic and pepper on them with some cooking spray or splenda and cinnamon with butter flavored cooking spray for a sweet snack with some crunch!! Try it!!
Cut- Spray- Sprinkle- Bake 5-8 min @ 200!!

  2. They’re excellent, and in my opinion these flour ones taste and handle like authentic tortillas… not ‘mealy’ tasting like some whole grain low-carb wraps — which may have lower net carbs but are unpalatable to me. At just 7 net grams of carbs, however, these are helping me stay on track and lose the next 10 pounds. Sometimes they’re on sale at Krogers, in the aisle with (so-called) ethnic foods. They’re usually around $5 for 10 when not on sale… a little high for me. I live in the Detroit Metropolitan area, by the way, and although I am still overweight, my last Hemoglobin A1C was 5.6 and I’m continuing to lose weight, albeit slowly.

  3. They taste fantastic…BUT they stick together! Everytime I try to separate them, I get a big hole or two. Pretty hard to make a wrap with a holey tortilla.

  4. I have been using the mission carb balance flour tortilla’s for some time now and have made all sorts of dishes. Have not had any problem with sticking together. I am on a low carb diet and this certainly has taken the place of bread. In the past six weeks I have lost 20lbs. Another 20 to go.
