These bake up great in the oven to make lo-carb chips!!! I put garlic and pepper on them with some cooking spray or splenda and cinnamon with butter flavored cooking spray for a sweet snack with some crunch!! Try it!!

They’re excellent, and in my opinion these flour ones taste and handle like authentic tortillas… not ‘mealy’ tasting like some whole grain low-carb wraps — which may have lower net carbs but are unpalatable to me. At just 7 net grams of carbs, however, these are helping me stay on track and lose the next 10 pounds. Sometimes they’re on sale at Krogers, in the aisle with (so-called) ethnic foods. They’re usually around $5 for 10 when not on sale… a little high for me. I live in the Detroit Metropolitan area, by the way, and although I am still overweight, my last Hemoglobin A1C was 5.6 and I’m continuing to lose weight, albeit slowly.
