Low Carb Snacks, Sugar Free Snacks
Boy does The Glucoholic wish he could find one tasty snack that said “Sugar Alcohol Free” on the label! Let’s just start by saying that Sugar Free Oreos taste great. Though they are smaller than the original Oreo, they still provide that unmistakable vanilla cream-filled chocolate wafer taste we all know and love.
Serving size is two cookies, and for that you will get 100 calories, 5 grams of fat - of which 0 grams are trans fats, 0 grams of cholesterol, 110mg of sodium, 0 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber, 16 grams of carbohydrate, and 2 grams of protein. These cookies are sweetened with sucralose, which helps explain the excellent taste, but the package contains the following warning: Excess consumption may have a laxative effect. Not again! As with the Reese’s Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures, the packaging for Sugar Free Oreos plainly states that these cookies are not a reduced calorie food, so dieters beware.

Walgreen’s in Monroe, MI carries them. You may want to try them there. I use them to make a sugar free, low carb oreo desert.
